I'm in the process of putting together a Hellcat variant, using a DEI 1609 frame, molle 2 hip belt and shoulder straps, and medium Alice. Should have all the parts in hand tomorrow. My plan is to use part of the Bobcat mod to attach the shoulder straps, since the 1609 frame doesn't have a top bar.
